Our awards programs celebrate the power of design to shape stronger, more resilient, and more connected communities. Through thoughtful architecture and planning, architects have the ability to enhance quality of life, respond to environmental challenges, and create meaningful places that reflect the people who use them.
We are proud to offer three distinct opportunities to recognize and support excellence in the field. Our Design Awards (odd years) honor outstanding work across a range of project types and scales. Living on the Edge – Coastal Residential Design Awards (even years) spotlight innovation and sensitivity in coastal environments, where design must respond to unique climatic and contextual conditions. In addition, our Scholarship Awards (offered twice annually) invest in the next generation of design professionals, supporting students as they pursue careers in architecture and the built environment.
Together, these programs highlight the impact of design today while helping to shape the future of our profession.
